I want to buy a counterfeit piece of clothing. Can I purchase it?

As a matter of obligatory precaution, it is not permissible to use intellectual products without the permission of their owners or knowledge of their consent.
Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):
It is permissible if the approval or disapproval of the trademark owner has no effect except within the framework of a law regulating such rights, provided that this law is endorsed by the legitimate Islamic authority.
It should be noted that His Eminence does not permit violating such laws that are observed in Islamic countries.
