Donating Blood to Disbelievers or Nawasib

Assalamu alaykum,

You mentioned in a previous question that there is no issue in donating blood, rather it could become obligatory in order to preserve the life of one whose life is respected [li Hifth al-nafs al-muhtaramah]. Does the aforementioned permissibility include both believers as well as disbelievers [kuffar]? I ask because the answer did not mention any details with regards to applicability to disbelievers or Muslims (in general) or Shiites (specifically), while simultaneously there is a decree [fatwa] on the website of IslamAsil which forbids donating blood to disbelievers and Nawasib [those who have adopted enmity towards Ahl al-Bayt (as)].

Waalykum assalam, 

The previous question was in regards to donating blood in general. As for donating blood specifically to a disbelievers or a Nasibi [one who has adopted enmity towards Ahl al-Bayt (as)], then the ruling is as follows:

According to Grand Ayatollah Sayyid al-Sistani (may the Almighty prolong his life):

It is permissible to donate blood to a disbelievers except in the case where he is hostile towards Islam. As for the Nasibi - and he is the one who has adopted enmity towards Ahl al-Bayt (as) - then it is not permissible to donate blood to him.
