Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):
It is obligatory to consider the marriage contract with a woman known for adultery as invalid unless she repents, regardless of whether she is Muslim or from the People of the Book. It is essential to refer to question 4358 for additional details related to this ruling.
As for marrying a non-adulterous woman from the People of the Book, the ruling is as follows:
1) A Muslim is not allowed to marry any non-Bookish types of disbelievers or an apostate, whether by nature or sect. However, it is permissible to marry a Christian or a Jew temporarily, but it is strongly recommended to avoid permanent marriage with them. As for a Zoroastrian, permanent marriage is not allowed, and temporary marriage is also strongly discouraged. Regarding the Sabians, their religion has not been clearly established; it may be said that they are divided into two groups: the Haranian Sabians, who are pagans and thus cannot be married, and the Mandaean Sabians, who are a sect of Christians and fall under their ruling. If this is confirmed, the ruling is as mentioned; otherwise, it is strongly recommended to avoid them altogether.
2) It is not permissible to marry a woman from the People of the Book without the permission of a Muslim woman, and even with her permission, there are issues, and it is strongly recommended to avoid it.
Being known for adultery does not constitute apostasy.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):
This is permissible if she is Muslim or from the People of the Book, albeit with dislike, especially if she is known for promiscuity and adultery. If one does so, they should prevent her from immoral acts. It is necessary to refer to question 4358 for additional details related to this ruling.
Being known for adultery does not constitute apostasy.
