Assalamu alaykum,
There is a tool used to lift one's eyelashes, and this is done by combing them, without using makeup or applying false eyelashes. Is there a problem with using such a tool, and thereafter appearing in front of foreign men [non-mahram]?

According to both Grand Ayatollahs Sayyid al-Sistani and Sayyid al-Khamenei (may the Almighty prolong their lives):
There is no problem with combing the eyelashes as long as it is not considered eye-catching to foreign men [non-mahram], Otherwise, it must be covered from them.
