Uncovering Feet

Is it permissible for a woman to uncover her heels (feet) from foreign men [non-mahram]?

Waalykum assalam,
According to both Grand Ayatollahs Sayyid al-Sistani and Sayyid al-Khamenei (may the Almighty prolong their lives):
It is not permissible, rather it is obligatory to cover both feet entirely from the view of foreign men.
May the Almighty grant you tawfeeq in all of your affairs.
