Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.
Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):
It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its time for any reason. You must find a solution to perform your prayers, even if it is during your breaks at work or school, as prayer only takes a few minutes. However, if there is absolutely no way to pray with all its conditions, and you are in a situation where you must work or study to the extent of necessity, then pray in the manner possible, such as praying while standing with gestures for bowing and prostration, or praying while sitting after saying the opening Takbir while standing.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):
The daily prayers that are performed at five times are very important obligations in Islamic law; they are the pillar of religion, and neglecting them or treating them lightly is forbidden and leads to punishment.
It is not permissible to abandon prayer under any circumstances, even during war. Therefore, a fighter on the front lines who cannot recite Al-Fatiha or perform bowing or prostration due to the intensity of battles must pray in the manner that is feasible for them. If they cannot bow or prostrate, they should suffice with gestures and indications for them.
Thus, it is clear that you must not abandon prayer under any circumstances, and if it is impossible to pray with all its conditions due to the necessity of work, you must pray in the possible manner.
