Peace be upon you. If I have been performing my prayers but die without having instructed anyone to make up for them, will I be held accountable or not?

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

If the individual is not confident in their ability to fulfill obligations such as making up prayers, fasting, and performing compensations or vows, they must act promptly to fulfill them.

If time runs out for fulfilling these obligations, and if they have wealth, they must ensure that these obligations are fulfilled after their death, even if it requires bequeathing them. If they do not have wealth but there is a reasonable possibility that someone might voluntarily fulfill these obligations on their behalf, they must also bequeath this. Sometimes, simply informing someone who is likely to fulfill these obligations, such as an eldest child, may suffice.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If there are rights owed to Allah that the individual could not fulfill during their lifetime, they must bequeath these obligations; otherwise, bequeathing is not required.

May you be successful in all good.
