Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

We will mention the principle based on which every individual can determine their ruling and clarify the ruling for each point mentioned in the question:

One of the conditions for shortening prayers during travel is that the travel must be permissible (not prohibited). If someone's travel is sinful, whether the travel itself is prohibited, such as fleeing from jihad, or for a sinful act like theft, their prayer is complete. However, if their travel is not sinful in itself but they commit a sin during the travel, it does not have the ruling of sinful travel, and their prayer is shortened. Of course, if they commit sins throughout their travel (except for a few hours) to the extent that it can be considered travel in disobedience to Allah, in this case, it is recommended to combine between shortening and completing the prayer.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

We will mention the principle based on which every individual can determine their ruling and clarify the ruling for each point mentioned in the question:

In the context of sinful travel, it must be that the travel itself is sinful, such as a wife traveling without her husband's permission for non-obligatory purposes, or if the travel leads to the occurrence of a sin, as in the mentioned example, attending such a wedding where prohibitions occur is forbidden. However, if the travel coincides with the occurrence of sins or neglecting obligations—such as backbiting, drinking alcohol, or neglecting prayer—without the sin or neglect being the purpose of the travel, then the prayer must be shortened.
