Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):
There are two aspects that must be noted:
1 - If a woman is married, she cannot leave except with her husband's permission. He has the right to prevent her from leaving altogether unless it is to fulfill a duty or if it contradicts the norms of good marital conduct.
2 - Regarding the nature of this work and the mixing with men, the forbidden mixing is that which does not ensure protection from falling into sin. However, if the mixing occurs in a conservative Islamic environment that adheres to the legal guidelines of avoiding forbidden gazes and touches, and ensures protection from sin, then it is permissible; otherwise, it is not.
Moreover, it is essential to maintain what is obligatory for women regarding non-mahram men in terms of hijab, avoiding softening or beautifying the voice when necessary to speak with non-mahram men, refraining from discussing inappropriate topics, and maintaining modesty in speech and behavior. Nonetheless, it is preferable to avoid mixing altogether, as it usually leads to crossing legal boundaries and social etiquette that should be observed.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):
There are two aspects that must be noted:
1 - If a woman is married, she cannot leave her husband's house without his permission, whether her departure contradicts his right to enjoyment or not. The husband cannot prevent her from leaving to fulfill a pressing duty or for a necessity that can only be resolved by her leaving.
2 - Regarding the nature of this work and the mixing with men, it is disliked for women to mix with men except for elderly women, and if it leads to corruption, it must be avoided.
