Peace be upon you. When I was praying, I noticed a small drop of blood coming from my hand after I had injured it while climbing the stairs. Should I repeat the prayer or not, knowing that I had cleaned it before performing ablution and it is very small?

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah preserve him):

If the blood on the body or clothing is less than the size of a dirham, it is excused in prayer, and there is no need to remove it. This does not apply to menstrual blood, and it is more cautious to consider blood from impure sources, carrion, wild animals, and any non-edible flesh as exceptions.

It is more cautious to limit the size of the dirham to what is equivalent to the size of the thumb's joint.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah preserve him):

If the blood is less than the size of the index finger's joint, it is excused in prayer and does not need to be removed.

May you be successful in all good.
