Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If the injury is very small and it is possible to wash the affected area by waiting, then it is obligatory to do so, and the rules of the bandage (jubira) do not apply. However, if water is poured and then stops for a moment before flowing over the area with the intention of ablution or washing, that suffices, and the obligation does not shift to tayammum (dry ablution).

If the injury requires the rules of the bandage, the person with the bandage may pray at the beginning of the time with the hope that the excuse will be removed by the end of the time. If there is no hope, it is obligatory to delay the prayer, and if the excuse remains, they should pray with the bandage ablution.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

If the injury is very small, the rules of the bandage do not apply, and you should either wait for it to stop or you can wash your hand under the tap. When you reach the area of the blood, press on it to stop the bleeding momentarily, and after the water passes over it, the bleeding does not harm you, even if it is significant.

If the injury requires the rules of the bandage, the person with the bandage may pray at the beginning of the time, and they are not required to repeat the prayer even if the excuse is removed during the time.

May you be successful in all good.
