Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

If a man dies and leaves behind a wife, children, and parents, the wife inherits one-eighth of what he left. However, regarding land, she does not inherit the land itself but rather its value; she cannot claim a share of the land but will receive the monetary equivalent. She also inherits from what is on the land, such as buildings or trees, but in the same manner, meaning she receives their value. As for the parents and children, each parent receives one-sixth, and the remaining estate is divided among the children, with the male receiving the share of two females.

However, regarding land, she does not inherit it either in kind or in value, but she inherits from what is established on it, such as buildings, trees, and tools, based on their value. The other heirs can pay her share from outside the estate in cash, and she must accept it. As for the parents and children, each parent receives one-sixth, and the remaining estate is divided among the children, with the male receiving the share of two females.
