Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):
It is not permissible for a Muslim to offer alcohol to anyone, even if they consider it permissible. It is also not permissible for them to wash the dishes or serve it to others if that washing or serving is a precursor to drinking alcohol.
Furthermore, it is not permissible for a Muslim to rent themselves out to sell alcohol, serve it, or clean its utensils as a precursor to drinking it. They cannot accept payment for such work because it is forbidden.
Some justify their actions by claiming they are in dire need of money, but this justification is unacceptable. God Almighty says: (And whoever fears God, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon God, then He is sufficient for him).

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):
It is religiously forbidden to offer and sell intoxicating alcoholic beverages and to work in a place where they are sold, to participate in their production, purchase, sale, or to profit from them, as well as to obey someone else's command in this matter. There is no difference between those who consider it permissible and others.
