Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):
The time for the Dhuhr prayers ends at sunset, which is before the Maghrib adhan. After sunset, you should perform both Dhuhr and Asr prayers with the intention of making up for them, ensuring that Dhuhr is prayed before Asr.
If you prayed Asr before Dhuhr out of ignorance of the ruling, your prayer is valid.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):
The time for the Dhuhr prayers ends at sunset, which is recognized by the disappearance of the eastern redness when in doubt about the sun setting, considering the possibility of it being obstructed by mountains, buildings, or trees. If there is no doubt, it is advisable to avoid delaying the Dhuhr prayers until sunset and to have the intention of making up for them if delayed. You should adhere to the order between the two prayers.
If you prayed Asr before Dhuhr due to ignorance of the ruling, it is valid if you were genuinely unaware. However, it is not valid if you were neglectful in your knowledge, whether you were uncertain or certain.
