Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

There is no difference between artificial hair, eyebrows that cannot be removed, artificial nails, and false eyelashes in terms of ruling. It is not valid to perform ablution (wudu) or ghusl (ritual washing) while wearing them. If they can be removed, the ablution or ghusl becomes invalid, and so does the prayer. However, if removal is not possible until the end of the prayer time or if it requires undue hardship, the individual must perform tayammum (dry ablution) in addition to wudu or ghusl by wiping over them. It is obligatory, as a precaution, to make up those prayers after removing them.

In any case, since these eyelashes are considered adornment, they must be covered in front of non-mahram (those who one can marry).

Additionally, gluing eyelashes onto natural ones is prohibited as it prevents water from reaching the hair.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

Yes, this affects the ghusl and wudu, and it is not permissible as a precaution unless there is a legitimate excuse, such as avoiding severe hardship. If it is considered adornment, it must be covered as a precaution.

May you be successful in all good.
