Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):
Yes, a frequent traveler during irregular breaks remains on the complete prayer. However, during regular breaks, if the break is long, such as two months, and the traveler is considered not to be a frequent traveler, they will not be subject to the rules of a frequent traveler. If the break is short, like two weeks, they remain classified as a frequent traveler.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):
You must complete your prayers during your work travels, and it is not required for the travel to be ten days a month. However, if you stay in your homeland or elsewhere for ten days—whether the stay was intended or not—you will shorten your prayers on the first travel thereafter. If you stay for ten days in your homeland or elsewhere and then embark on a non-work-related trip, such as for visitation, it is obligatory to combine shortening and completing prayers during the work travel that follows the visitation trip.
