Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Ayatollah Sistani (may God protect him):

It is permissible to recite 'Kufuwan' with the 'fa' either pronounced with a vowel or silent, with either the hamzah or the waw.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may God protect him):

In 'Kufuwan Ahad', there are four variations: with the 'fa' pronounced or silent, with the hamzah or the waw. It is likely that the preferable way is to pronounce the 'fa' with the waw.

Source: Tahrir al-Wasilah, Prayer, Recitation and Remembrance, Section 15

May you be successful in all good.
