Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

A person who is lacking both purifications can validly fast while remaining in a state of sexual impurity or during menstruation or postpartum bleeding. However, if they remain in a state of sexual impurity unintentionally, such as during the month of Ramadan, it is apparent that their fast is invalidated.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):

A person who is lacking both purifications is exempt from the condition of removing the ritual impurity for fasting, thus their fast is valid while remaining in a state of sexual impurity.

May you be successful in all good.
