Peace be upon you. According to Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him), it is permissible to download books that contain the phrase 'All rights reserved' unless there is a law in Islamic countries that prohibits it. On the other hand, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him) states that it is not permissible to download books with the phrase 'All rights reserved' if there is a law in the country that forbids it. It is also advisable to refrain from downloading such books without the permission of their owners, even if no law exists. May you be successful in all good deeds.
