Peace and blessings be upon you. Zaid Abu Osama said: I was with a group of our companions in the presence of our master Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him), when Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) approached us and said: "Indeed, Allah has made the soil of my grandfather Hussein (peace be upon him) a cure for every ailment and a protection from every fear. So when one of you takes it, let him kiss it and place it on his eyes, and pass it over his entire body, and say: 'O Allah, by the right of this soil, and by the right of the one who settled in it, and by the right of his father, mother, brother, and the Imams from his descendants, and by the right of the angels surrounding him, make it a cure for every ailment, a remedy for every disease, a salvation from every calamity, and a protection from what I fear and dread.' Then let him use it." Abu Osama said: "I have been using it for a long time as Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) described, and by the grace of Allah, I have not seen any harm." The original source is from Al-Amali by Al-Tusi, referenced in Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 98, p. 119. Additionally, Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: "If you wish to carry the soil from the grave of Hussein (peace be upon him), recite Al-Fatiha, the two chapters of seeking refuge (Al-Falaq and An-Nas), 'Say, He is Allah, One,' 'Say, O disbelievers,' 'Indeed, We sent it down on the Night of Decree,' Yasin, and Ayat al-Kursi. Then say: 'O Allah, by the right of Muhammad, Your servant, beloved, prophet, messenger, and trustworthy, and by the right of Amir al-Mu'minin Ali ibn Abi Talib, Your servant and the brother of Your messenger, and by the right of Fatimah, the daughter of Your prophet and the wife of Your guardian, and by the right of Hasan and Hussein, and by the right of the rightly guided Imams, and by the right of this soil, and by the right of the angel assigned to it, and by the right of the guardian who is in it, and by the right of the body it contains, and by the right of the grandson it holds, and by the right of all Your angels, prophets, and messengers, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, and make this soil a cure for me and for anyone who seeks healing with it from every ailment, sickness, and disease, and a protection from every fear. O Allah, by the right of Muhammad and his family, make it a beneficial knowledge, a vast provision, and a cure for every ailment, sickness, calamity, and all pains. Indeed, You are capable of all things.' And say: 'O Allah, Lord of this blessed and auspicious soil, and the angel who descended with it, and the guardian who is in it, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and benefit me with it, for You are capable of all things.' The original source is from Kamal al-Ziyarat, referenced in Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 98, pp. 128-129. May you be successful in all good.
