Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

There is no expiation for looking in the mirror, but it is obligatory to recite the Talbiyah after looking into it.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is not permissible for a person in Ihram to look in the mirror for beautification. However, it is allowed if the look is for another purpose, such as a driver checking the rearview mirror.

Indeed, there is no expiation for this even if the look is intentional; however, if the look is for beautification, it is recommended to renew the Talbiyah.

May you be successful in all good.
