Peace be upon you. Is it permissible to perform Hajj with borrowed money, even partially, according to Sayyid Khamenei?

Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If someone does not have the expenses for Hajj but can borrow money and repay it easily, they are not required to make themselves capable of performing Hajj through borrowing. However, if they do borrow, then Hajj becomes obligatory upon them.

Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

Borrowing an amount of money sufficient for the expenses of Hajj does not fulfill the capability condition required for the obligation of Hajj, even if the borrower is able to repay the loan later. However, if they possess more than what they need for their living expenses in goods and other assets, and the value of these exceeds the cost of Hajj, but they choose to borrow and perform Hajj with it, then their Hajj is considered valid due to capability.
