Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

Yes, during your work-related travels, you should complete your prayers and you are required to fast; there is no need to combine shortening and completing the prayer. However, if you stay in your home country or elsewhere for ten days—whether your stay is intended or not—you should shorten your prayers during the first travel after that. If you stay for ten days in your home country or elsewhere and then embark on a non-work-related journey, such as for visitation, it is obligatory to combine shortening and completing the prayer during the work-related travel that follows the visitation.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

This amount of travel is not sufficient for you to be required to fast and pray completely.

May you be successful in all good.
