Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

Marriage to someone of a differing belief—whether permanent or temporary—is not permissible if there is a fear of danger to her faith or if it leads to corruption. It is required for a virgin girl to have the consent of her father or paternal grandfather, as a precautionary obligation.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

A believer may marry a non-hostile dissenter, and a believing woman may marry a non-hostile dissenter in a permanent marriage, albeit with dislike. However, it is prohibited if there is a fear that it may lead to deviation in faith or prevent the performance of religious duties according to the Imamite doctrine. As for temporary marriage, it is permissible if the dissenter believes in the validity of this marriage according to their doctrine.

It is required for a virgin girl to have the consent of her father or paternal grandfather if she is not independent in her life affairs and does not have control over her own matters. It is also obligatory to obtain the consent of one of them if she is independent in her affairs.
