There is no contract known as the contract of prohibition other than the permanent or temporary marriage contract. To understand their rulings, you can refer to the book 'Tahrir al-Wasilah' available on the website, in the chapter on marriage, or send more detailed questions through the app so we can respond more easily, or review some questions on the app that might suffice you from asking. Among their rulings is that the consent of the guardian of the virgin girl (her father or paternal grandfather) is required, as a precautionary obligation.

Among their rulings is that the consent of the father or paternal grandfather is required to marry a virgin girl, if she is not independent in her life affairs and does not have control over her matters. It is a precautionary obligation to obtain the consent of one of them if she is independent in her affairs.
