Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

If the vow was made with its conditions, including the verbal declaration in a manner that is considered valid in Islamic law, it cannot be canceled.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):

It is a condition for the vow that it should not be religiously undesirable, even if it is considered beneficial according to worldly rational purposes or includes a personal worldly benefit. If one vows to God Almighty to perform something permissible that has a personal benefit, they must fulfill their vow unless it becomes religiously undesirable or the personal benefit is removed due to certain circumstances, in which case the vow is dissolved and they are not obligated to fulfill it.

May you be successful in all good.
