Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei and Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect them):

1) A girl, whether she is of age or not, does not attain a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) unless she experiences a discharge during arousal, excluding intercourse. Therefore, she is not required to perform ghusl if she reaches maturity later without having any discharge.

2) The conditions for determining whether a non-mature girl has reached janabah are the same as for a mature girl. You can refer to question number: 2253 for more details.

3) Sincere repentance is sufficient, and she has no further obligations.

4) A boy is not required to perform ghusl unless he experiences ejaculation. However, if he engages in penetration, even without ejaculation, he must perform ghusl.

May you be successful in all good.
