We ask Allah to protect you and make you among the supporters of His religion. We thank you for your prayers and good thoughts.
We have a sense that the question is directed towards the conjunction of the term 'Messenger' with the name of Allah: how can it be said: 'Allah and His Messenger have given' and 'Allah and His Messenger have enriched'? The question is not about the meanings of the individual words or the structure.
If our intuition is correct, we say: the first verse pertains to alms, where Allah's giving refers to His designation of the rightful recipients of alms, as He said: (Indeed, alms are for the poor), etc. The giving of the Messenger refers to his distribution of wealth to those he sees as deserving. It is permissible that the conjunction of the term 'Messenger' with the name of Allah indicates that the giving of the Messenger is indeed the same as the giving of Allah, so do not think that what the Messenger did is not by Allah's command.
The second verse discusses the blessings brought by the Messenger (peace be upon him) among them; he brought them security by making them brothers, thus eliminating grudges and vendettas, and he brought them abundant spoils from battles, as well as a multitude of work from the emigrants, and other causes of growth and wealth... Indeed, the true provider is Allah, the Exalted, and the Messenger (peace be upon him) is a means to that end.
The verse places the matter in opposition, as enrichment is a cause for love, not for resentment!
In conclusion: The conjunction of the term 'Messenger' with the name of Allah may indicate that the actions of the Messenger are by Allah's command, or that the Messenger is a cause for the actions of Allah.
The polytheists were envious of the Messenger, and some of them explicitly stated that their issue was with the Messenger, not with Allah, and they wished that Allah had sent someone else... Thus, mentioning the Messenger hints at this complex within their arrogant souls. The hypocrites (mentioned in the noble verse) are followers of the polytheists.
May you continue to be successful in all good.
