Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may God protect him):

There is no difference between obligatory and recommended supplications regarding the necessity of stability and tranquility during prayer. However, there is no issue in performing the supplication while moving with the intention of general remembrance. Merely mentioning this does not prevent following him, and there is no need to investigate or inquire in this case.

Ayatollah Sistani (may God protect him):

It is strongly recommended that the body of the praying person remains stable when performing recommended supplications, except for the supplication "With God's power and strength, I stand and sit," which is to be recited while standing. Of course, there is no issue in performing the supplication while moving with the intention of general remembrance (not specifically for the prayer). In any case, if the lack of adherence was due to forgetfulness, it does not affect the validity of the prayer for the imam and the followers, and it is permissible to follow him.
