Ruling on Drying Parts of a Woman's Body Before Completing Ghusl

Question

A woman asks about the ruling if parts of her body dry before she finishes her ritual washing (ghusl) after menstruation. [AR_ID:5825]

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei and Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect them):

There is no requirement for continuity in the sequential washing (ghusl). It is permissible for previous parts to dry even if the subsequent parts have not been completed. In fact, one can engage in another activity during the ghusl and then continue from where they left off.
