brightness_autoPeace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):
- Your statement: (Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings) is not one of the forms of peace, and it does not invalidate the prayer; rather, it is recommended.
- It is permissible to mention, pray, and recite the Quran in all states of prayer, and thus what was mentioned in the question is considered a mention, and prostration for forgetfulness is not required.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):
- Your statement: (Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings) is not one of the forms of peace; however, it is recommended before the obligatory peace.
- Prostration for forgetfulness is required if one speaks during prayer unintentionally. Prostration for forgetfulness is not required when reciting a word from the mentions of prayer, Quranic verses, or supplications unintentionally or mistakenly. Therefore, in the case mentioned in the question, since what was stated is considered one of the mentions of prayer - even if it is recommended - prostration for forgetfulness is not required.
