Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

As long as it does not prevent water from reaching the parts of the body that need to be washed, and as long as its presence does not require a reversal in the washing, there is no objection to keeping it on during ablution.

Since it is obligatory to wipe the head and feet with the moisture remaining on the hands after washing, the water on that cloth does not affect the ablution.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

As long as it does not prevent water from reaching the parts of the body that need to be washed, and as long as its presence does not require a reversal in the washing, there is no objection to keeping it on during ablution.

It is sufficient to wipe with any part of the hand that needs to be washed in ablution, but it is recommended to wipe with the palm. If that is not possible, it is preferable to wipe with the back of the hand, and if that is not possible, then with the inner part of the arm. Therefore, it is sufficient to wipe with the remaining moisture after washing the right hand.

May you be successful in all good.
