Peace be upon you. Regarding the question of whether eating mucus invalidates prayer or ablution:

Ayatollah Al-Sistani (may Allah protect him):

Eating and drinking invalidate prayer, even in small amounts, if they erase the form of prayer, and it is obligatory to be cautious about this. However, it is permissible to swallow dissolved sugar in the mouth and remnants of food. If one eats or drinks unintentionally and it reaches the point of erasing the form of prayer, then their prayer is invalidated as previously mentioned. If it does not reach that point, then there is no issue.

Ayatollah Al-Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

Eating and drinking during prayer invalidate it, whether in small or large amounts. However, it is permissible to swallow small remnants left in the mouth or to suck on a piece of sugar that has a small amount remaining in the mouth. If one eats or drinks unintentionally or forgetfully, their prayer is not invalidated, provided it does not erase the form of prayer.

May you be successful in all good.
