Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):
To purify an area contaminated by the urine of a baby who has not yet been weaned, it is sufficient to pour water over it once, ensuring that the water covers the entire area, without the need for wringing or similar actions if the contaminated item is clothing or something similar.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):
There is no difference in the impurity of urine whether it is from a baby or otherwise. However, wringing is not required when the contamination is from a baby's urine, even if it is on items like clothing or carpets. It is sufficient to pour water over it once, covering all parts, although it is preferable to do so twice. It is important that the baby has not been regularly fed solid food, and occasional feeding does not affect this ruling. It is also preferable that the baby is male rather than female. For other cases or for non-babies, after removing the visible impurity, the contaminated item must be washed with a small amount of water twice, and it is preferable that these two washes are not the wash for removing the impurity. The wash water must be expelled by wringing or similar methods, and the wash water itself is impure and should be avoided. For washing with a large amount of water, one wash is sufficient after removing the visible impurity, preferably with wringing or similar actions.
