Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.
Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):
There is no specific mention required in the qunut (supplication during prayer). However, it is recommended in the qunut of the Witr prayer to seek forgiveness for forty believers (by saying, 'O Allah, forgive so-and-so') and then seek forgiveness for yourself ('I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, and I turn to Him') seventy times. After that, say ('This is the position of the one seeking refuge with You from the Fire') seven times, then say 'Pardon' 300 times, and complete the prayer.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):
In the night prayer, nothing from the surah, seeking forgiveness, or supplication is considered a part of it. It is sufficient in each rak'ah after the intention and takbir to recite Al-Fatiha and then recite another surah if desired, followed by bowing, prostration, and remembrance in them, as well as the testimony and the salutation.
May you be successful in all good.
