Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If the transactions involved in network marketing are permissible (for example, if they are not related to pork or alcohol), then there is no issue with them, provided the following conditions are met: A) No fee should be charged for joining the group, although charging for training, for instance, is permissible. B) The amount of compensation and rewards received by the marketer must be specified. C) Any payment or reward to the marketer should be based on reasonable and legitimate activities they intend to undertake.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

His Eminence does not validate such transactions, and one should refer to a more knowledgeable authority for validation.

Ayatollah Sheikh Wahid Khorasani (may Allah protect him):

It is not permissible to deal with these companies, and this precaution is strongly emphasized. One should not refer to others regarding this precaution.
