Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

Zakat al-Fitr can be paid or set aside from sunset on the night of Eid al-Fitr. It is recommended that the obligated person pays it before the Eid prayer. For those who do not attend the Eid prayer, it is permissible to delay the payment of Zakat al-Fitr until noon. If one is able to reach the poor, merely setting it aside is not sufficient. However, if one cannot reach the poor by noon, they should set aside Zakat al-Fitr, and when they are able to reach the poor, they should pay it to them. If they have not set it aside, it is recommended that it should not be considered void; rather, they must pay it with the intention of seeking closeness to Allah, without the intention of fulfilling or compensating.

Ayatollah Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is permissible to pay Zakat al-Fitr in the month of Ramadan, although it is recommended to do so as a loan and then account for it when the time arrives.

May you be successful in all good.
