Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

There are three scenarios:

First: If one travels after noon, they must continue fasting.

Second: If one travels before noon with the intention of traveling from the night before, their fast is invalidated.

Third: If one travels before noon without the intention of traveling from the night before, as if they decided to travel during the day, they should fast as a precaution and make up the fast after Ramadan.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

There are two cases:

First: If one travels before noon, it is permissible for them to break their fast, and it is obligatory as a precaution, especially if they intended to travel from the night before.

Second: If the travel occurs after noon, it is permissible for them to complete their fast, and it is obligatory as a precaution, especially if they did not intend to travel from the night before.
