Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

The expiation for deliberately breaking a fast is to either fast for two consecutive months or to feed sixty needy people - with each person receiving a measure of food. If the fast is broken through a forbidden act such as masturbation or unlawful intercourse, it is recommended to combine both forms of expiation.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

The expiation for breaking a fast during Ramadan is to choose between freeing a slave, fasting for two consecutive months, or feeding sixty needy people, with each person receiving a measure of food. It is preferable to combine all three forms of expiation if the fast is broken through a forbidden act.

May you be successful in all good deeds.
