Peace be upon you.

Ayatollah Al-Sistani (may Allah protect him):

All birds that have feathers are permissible to eat except for predatory birds. Therefore, pigeons, chickens, and sparrows of all kinds are permissible, as well as partridges, quails, and others. The hoopoe, swallow, and shrike are also permissible, although it is disliked to kill them. Ostriches and peacocks are also permissible.

Ayatollah Al-Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

It is permissible to eat the meat of pigeons in all its forms.
