Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):

The ghusl for janabah suffices for wudu, and it also suffices for other obligatory or recommended ghusls, except for the ghusl of medium istihadah, which requires wudu as will be explained later.

It is preferable to combine wudu with other ghusls besides the ghusl for janabah. It is permissible to perform wudu before, after, or even during the ghusl if done in order. However, in the case of excessive istihadah, it should only be performed before the ghusl.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

If the ghusl is for janabah, there is no need to combine wudu with it, neither before nor after, as it suffices for wudu.

As for menstruation, postpartum bleeding, and medium and major istihadah, it is permissible to perform wudu before or after, although it is preferable to perform it before in the case of istihadah.
