Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

Washing the parts of wudu once is obligatory, the second time is permissible, and more than that is not recommended. However, the determination of the number of times depends on the intention; if someone pours water multiple times intending only the first wash, there is no issue with that.

As for rinsing the mouth, it is recommended before wudu but not obligatory.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):

Rinsing the mouth and repeating the washes are recommended acts in wudu, and wudu is valid without them. It is recommended to avoid repeating the wash for the left hand as a precaution for wiping it, and similarly for the right hand if one intends to wipe it without using it to wash the left hand, as well as for the face to ensure moisture is taken from it when the hands are dry.

May you be successful in all good.
