Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is sufficient for purifying contaminated ground for water to flow over the contaminated area. However, the water used for washing, if it is little, is considered impure as a precaution, and the collection of this water remains impure unless it is separated from the contaminated area, even if by wiping it with a cloth or something similar, in which case it is also deemed pure.

Yes, if the water flows to the connected pure areas and separates from them, there is no need to wash them; they are purified by association.

Regarding feet or similar objects, if they touch the contaminated area with moisture present, they become impure and are considered a second degree of contamination.

If this foot, for example, then touches another area with another moisture, that new area becomes a third degree of contamination.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

Simply touching does not render what is connected to that ground impure, even if there is moisture present; rather, the impurity is specific to the point of contact.

May you be successful in all good.
