Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):

It is not permissible.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

During the month of Ramadan, the intention to fast for a purpose other than Ramadan is not valid, except for a traveler who cannot fast during Ramadan, and for a vow of a recommended fast while traveling. In this case, the vow of fasting during Ramadan is valid. However, the vow of fasting during Ramadan does not count as part of the Ramadan fast and must be made up later.

May you be successful in all good.
