Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may God protect him):

If a woman reaches the peak of pleasure and experiences moisture at that moment, she is considered to be in a state of janabah (impurity) and must perform ghusl. However, if she doubts whether she reached that state or whether the moisture occurred at that time, there is no obligation on her.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may God protect him):

What comes out of a woman upon reaching the peak of sexual arousal is considered impure and necessitates ghusl. Additionally, it is obligatory to consider anything that comes out before that, if it is significant in quantity, as also requiring ghusl. However, localized moisture that occurs with minimal sexual arousal and does not exceed the private parts is pure and does not require ghusl, regardless of whether it occurs while awake or asleep.

May you be successful in all good.
