Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):
If a woman reaches the peak of pleasure and experiences moisture at that moment, she has entered a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) and must perform ghusl. However, if she doubts whether she reached that state or whether the moisture occurred at that time, there is no obligation upon her.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):
What comes out of a woman upon reaching the peak of sexual arousal is considered impure and necessitates ghusl. Additionally, it is obligatory to consider anything that comes out before that point, if it is significant in amount, as also requiring ghusl. However, localized moisture that occurs with minimal sexual arousal and does not exceed the private parts is pure and does not require ghusl, regardless of whether it occurs during wakefulness or sleep.
