Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is permissible to mention, pray, and recite the Quran in all states of prayer, and sending blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad (peace be upon them) is among the best forms of remembrance.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

It is permissible to mention, pray, and recite the Quran - except for what necessitates prostration - in all states of prayer, and sending blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad (peace be upon them) is among the best forms of remembrance.

Source: Tahrir al-Wasilah, Vol. 1, Issue 1 on the invalidators of prayer + Answers to Questions, Q487.

May you be successful in all good.
