Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If you are not certain that it will last for three days, you must cautiously combine the actions of a menstruating woman and those of a woman experiencing irregular bleeding. If it continues for three days, you consider it menstrual blood.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

For a woman with a regular menstrual cycle—whether it is numerical or not—she becomes menstruating upon seeing blood during her cycle, even if it is light yellow. Similarly, if she sees blood a day or two before her cycle, as long as it is recognized as an early onset according to women's customs, she should refrain from worship and act according to the rulings for menstruating women. However, if it turns out that it is not menstrual blood—due to stopping before three days—she must make up the prayers she missed.

For those without a regular cycle—whether they have a numerical habit or not, such as beginners—if they see blood that meets the characteristics (like warmth, redness or blackness, and burning sensation), they also become menstruating upon seeing it. However, if it turns out that it is not menstrual blood due to stopping before three days, they must make up the prayers. If the blood lacks these characteristics, they do not consider it menstrual blood until they are certain it will last for three days—even if that is before completing the three days. In cases of uncertainty about its continuation, it is obligatory to combine the actions of a menstruating woman and those of a woman experiencing irregular bleeding.

May you be successful in all good.
