Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings.

Ayatollah Khamenei (may God protect him):

It is preferable to repeat the obligatory supplication, and it is better to conclude with an odd number. Additionally, it is recommended during prostration to mention blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and to pray for worldly and otherworldly needs.

Ayatollah Sistani (may God protect him):

It is recommended in prostration to make a supplication before starting the remembrance, saying: (O Allah, to You I have prostrated, and in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted, and upon You I have relied, and You are my Lord. My face has prostrated to the One who created it and fashioned its hearing and sight. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds; blessed be Allah, the best of creators.) It is also recommended to repeat the supplication, to conclude with an odd number, and to choose the glorification and magnification, repeating them three times, with the best being five times, and the best of all being seven times.

It is also recommended to pray in prostration for whatever one desires from worldly and otherworldly needs, especially sustenance, saying: (O Best of those who are asked, and O Best of those who give, grant me and my family from Your bounty, for You are the Possessor of great bounty).
