Peace be upon you.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Khamenei (may Allah protect him):

If a fasting person rinses their mouth without swallowing anything, their fast is not invalidated.

Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sistani (may Allah protect him):

It is permissible for a fasting person to rinse their mouth for the purpose of ablution or for other reasons, as long as they do not intentionally swallow any water. After rinsing, it is recommended to spit out saliva three times.

May you be successful in all good.
